ESD-safe step-over for cable bundles in active labs
A rigid, walk-over cover that protects cable bundles and removes trip hazards in ESD-sensitive areas. A diamond-tread aluminum top sits on a powder-coated steel frame with conductive leveling feet that tie into conductive flooring to help control static.

All the protection of the fixed-top cover, with a gas-strut-assisted hinged lid. Lift the top by its handle to route, inspect, or change cables underneath without moving the unit.

Ionizer Stand
Mobile, ESD-safe stand for overhead blower ionizers
A mobile stand that puts an ionizer exactly where it is needed. Designed for the Simco Aerostat® XC2 and other compatible ionizers, with a telescoping column, 360° rotating mount, and conductive casters that keep it ESD-safe as it moves.
- Adjustable height. Telescoping column from 42 to 66 in, in 2 in increments.
- 360° rotation. Rotating mount aims airflow exactly where it is needed.
- Secure height lock. Tethered clevis pin and nylon-tipped knob.
- ESD-safe mobility. Conductive casters (2 locking, 2 non-locking) for controlled movement on ESD flooring.
- Stable base. Low center of gravity minimizes tip risk; powder-coated steel resists corrosion and wear.
